Voronoi Circles (WIP!)

Voronoi diagrams are a sort of map for a point set showing the points on the plane that are nearer to a point in the set than they are to any other point in the set. Points along the edges of a Voronoi diagram are equidistant to the two points whose regions they border on.

On the canvas, you can draw a set of up to 10 points and see how the Voronoi diagram is formed from circles radiating at a consistent pace from the initial point set.
